Menu planning, product development, and customer service **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for leading the team and sector processes, with focus on customers and results, aligned with company policies and values; * Oversee sector operations (organization, production, supply, cleaning, pricing, and expiry date control), ensuring compliance with sector procedures, completing checklists, and implementing necessary preventive and corrective actions; * Lead the team using the company's people management model and with management approvals, monitoring headcount, meetings, training, performance evaluations, job/salary change requests, schedule control, and disciplinary measures; * Manage sector inventory and losses, performing required controls per established procedures; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety regulations in the sector, providing necessary guidance and follow-up; * Maintain sector physical infrastructure, handling purchases, maintenance, and repairs as approved by management; * Develop menus and coordinate preparation of dishes and savory items according to recipes, maintaining company quality standards; * Oversee customer service and implementation of the company’s Customer Service Standards across the team, providing necessary guidance and follow-up; * Collaborate with the nutritionist to develop new products, ensuring product variety; * Assist with other sector/store activities as needed and per leadership instructions. **Requirements:** * Completed High School; * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress, in Nutrition, Management, Administration, or Engineering; * Experience as a fast-food outlet, rotisserie, or sector team leader; * Leadership competencies; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PWDs.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** Free meals at work, Health Insurance, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
