Professional development with mentoring and a development plan Sinop, MT The company accepts applications from candidates located in any city across Brazil Junior/ Trainee To be determined CLT employment regime Job Details **Responsibilities:** Carry out activities outlined in the Development Plan within the Fertilizer Blending Operations area, including: Assisting in fertilizer production activities, as well as unloading raw materials into the factory bays; Ensuring the quality of shipped products and immediately reporting any quality deviations in received raw materials; Monitoring operational controls; Proposing quality-related improvements involving the local team; Collaborating with the operations and maintenance teams on maintenance programs; Participating in the development of action plans aimed at continuous process improvement, as well as helping develop the team using the SIM+ methodology. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled in the final semester of Chemical Engineering, Agronomy, Production Engineering, or related fields; Willingness to travel; Driver’s license category B. **Work Location:** 1 position for Comodoro/MT; 1 position for Sinop/MT **Program Duration:** 12 months. **Expected Start Date:** August 2026. **The program also includes:** Practical experience; Mentoring; Assessment; Feedback; Development plan. * Our opportunities are open to all professionals, without distinction of race, color, gender, age, belief, or disability (PCD) * Requirements Minimum Education Level Undergraduate degree (in progress) Benefits Medical assistance Dental assistance Gym allowance Childcare allowance Scholarship allowance Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus Private pension plan Training program Life insurance Meal voucher
