Development of safety programs and policies, delivering training. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be informed during the interview **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Develop and manage programs for identification, assessment, and control of hazards and risks. * Develop occupational risk and accident prevention plans, disseminating BRF policies and guidelines and promoting a safety culture. * Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, reports, and legally required programs; control and ensure the integrity of area documentation. * Support and accompany expert assessments and inspections, providing necessary technical assistance and substantiation. * Conduct investigation and deviation analysis processes for incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases, ensuring legal and methodological robustness and integrity at all stages. * Manage occupational safety indicators and perform continuous critical analysis, guiding leadership toward actions and decisions. * Lead and conduct improvement analyses and maintenance and engineering projects aimed at controlling, reducing, or eliminating risks. * Act in fire and panic prevention and safety; manage and control emergency protection routines and systems. * Deliver training, lead meetings, committees, and working groups, serving as the area’s technical reference. * Serve as the technical responsible person and reference for legal topics and programs applicable to the assigned unit(s). **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Degree in Engineering or Architecture; postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Internal benefits, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Profit-sharing program (PLR), Restaurant, Life insurance, Meal voucher
