




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manage the kitchen team, maintaining a healthy and motivating work environment; Conduct training for new staff; Guide the team on dish and menu item preparation; Develop menus and propose new dishes; Organize and monitor kitchen routines; Standardize kitchen recipes and processes; Assess ingredient requirements and request purchases as needed, advising on product quality and specifications; Monitor and control waste; Perform other duties related to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Computer literacy and practical kitchen experience; Previous experience in this role and in managing kitchen teams; Availability to work afternoon and night shifts; Possession of a driver’s license and personal vehicle is an advantage. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Afternoon and Night (Tuesday through Sunday, according to rotating schedule). **BENEFITS:** Tips (average R$650.00) + Meal Allowance (R$500.00 per month) + Health Insurance + Transportation Assistance.
