Job Summary: The professional will participate in the daily safety and productivity dialogue, review safety items, assess risks and machine conditions, prepare the work area, and perform tasks in accordance with technical procedures and safety regulations. Safe overhead crane operation **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Participate in the Daily Safety and Productivity Dialogue (DDSP); Inspect safety items of the overhead crane before using it; Assess risks inherent to load handling (weight, trajectory, and safety of involved personnel); Evaluate machine operating conditions before use; Prepare the work area for machine operation; Lift loads with guidance from the Rigger's signals; Organize materials and work equipment upon completion of the task; Perform assigned tasks in compliance with applicable technical procedures and standards related to quality, safety, environment, and health. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -------------------- * Completed elementary education; * Basic professional qualification course as an overhead crane operator or similar, up to 200 hours.
