This professional will play a critical role in ensuring excellence, scalability, and measurable execution of Training and Development activities at DHL.**Requirements** -------------- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience coordinating training and employee development initiatives. Proficiency in data analysis to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Willingness to travel. Mobility (driver’s license and personal vehicle).**Responsibilities** --------------------- Implement training strategies aligned with operational and team development needs (e.g., startup, system change, relocation, etc.). Collaborate with the CoE, HRBPs, and leadership to implement training and development initiatives that support both DHL’s strategy and operational requirements. Coordinate and monitor the execution of training and development programs. Ensure Learning activities comply with guidelines and standards established by the CoE, measuring program impact and effectiveness.
