




**Description:** Bachelor's degree in progress in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Administrative routine experience and customer service experience required. Provide telephone or in-person customer service to internal clients, external clients, and brokers, offering support and guidance via messaging applications regarding processes involving the department, in an objective and assertive manner; Provide general administrative support within assigned area and under immediate supervisor's guidance, performing data entry and system input tasks, updating customer records and invoices, generating payment slips, conducting collections, analyzing contracts, as well as scanning and archiving documents, preparing reports to be issued by the department, assisting in workplace organization, taking responsibility for custody and control of items, among others; Carry out renegotiation procedures, contract terminations, and buyback calculations related to client land development contracts; Handle branch financial tasks such as entering purchase orders and invoices into the UAU ERP system.
