Then join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and implement projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives and goals, including medium-complexity projects and product/process procedures involving minor adaptations to standardized structures—excluding APT, TRL, and MNL. * Develop technical solutions within your area of expertise related to products, processes, and/or business operations (up to medium-complexity projects—projects and procedures involving minor adaptations to standardized structures, excluding APT, TRL, and MNL). * Prepare and guide the development of spreadsheets for the Engineering Department and product configuration manuals, intended for use by Engineering, Sales, Assembly, and Manufacturing (low-to-medium complexity). * Conduct training sessions, provide technical support, and liaise with other departments to disseminate information regarding products and engineering procedures, commensurate with your level of expertise. * Manage product registration routines in the company’s ERP system, ensuring data compliance with existing procedures and/or standards. * Specify components for budget preparation based on predefined tables and information, as well as general studies, according to your level of expertise. * Prepare and take ownership of technical specifications for manufacturing and assembly projects (low-to-medium complexity), aiming to optimize resources and deliver positive outcomes for both the company and its customers. * Carry out product creation and improvement processes, according to your level of expertise. * Assist in the assembly and testing of products/components based on established standards. * Guide prototype assembly processes and conduct product/component tests based on established standards, according to your level of expertise. * Propose improvements to products and processes within your area of responsibility, validating their feasibility for implementation. * Periodically monitor ongoing manufacturing processes and construction projects to identify and share best practices with the engineering team and ensure focus on customer satisfaction. * Define standards and prepare technical documents, spreadsheets, specifications, manuals, and catalogs, ensuring their availability and validity across all involved departments and customers. * Define quality parameters focused on manufacturing and assembly processes, in accordance with applicable regulations and engineering best practices. * Ensure the accuracy and reliability of information contained in engineering manuals and technical drawings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * AutoCAD: Proficiency in engineering software (2D and 3D) applied to automated, standardized, and agile preparation of projects and technical documentation. * Instructions, procedures, and/or work routines. * Technical and regulatory standards applicable to the product: Knowledge and application of current technical standards during new product development to specify requirements that enhance product performance and meet customer expectations. * Production processes: Understanding of product manufacturing processes through awareness of cross-departmental process interfaces. * Company products: Familiarity with the company’s product lines and items produced per line, including their features, advantages, and benefits. * Administrative routines: Understanding of operational guidelines for executing responsibilities within your area of expertise. * Computerized management systems: Proficiency in operating the computerized management system used to ensure smooth departmental processes. * Modeling Software II: Advanced proficiency in engineering software (2D and 3D) applied to automated, standardized, and agile preparation of projects and technical documentation. * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics. **Additional Information** Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Health insurance with employer subsidy; Comprehensive dental plan; Meals (on-site cafeteria offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Meal voucher; Transportation allowance; Full life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; Various partnerships (medical services, clinics, educational institutions, etc.); Infrastructure (parking, mini-market, kiosk); Purchase of company products at preferential pricing.
