




We are looking for a Senior Analyst to serve as the technical reference for the Partnerships area, supporting management in indicator analysis, partner development, and continuous process improvement. An ideal opportunity for professionals seeking growth, assuming strategic responsibilities and expanding their impact across the business. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analyses of partner and internal team performance indicators; * Monitor commercial KPIs (sales funnel, conversion rate, revenue, churn), proposing action plans; * Prepare and consolidate management reports and executive presentations; * Support commission tracking and financial analyses; * Support strategic or highly complex negotiations, under management supervision; * Drive partner development and training; * Ensure high-quality support for partners and key accounts; * Lead customer retention efforts and conflict resolution; * Support process improvements and standardization initiatives within the area; * Execute commercial campaigns and actions via RD; * Contribute to team organization and readiness, providing technical support.
