Job Summary: A professional to supervise the organization and cleaning of vehicles, assist in maintenance, and coordinate route optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain continuous communication with the logistics team and internal customers. **TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANT** **Basic Requirements:** Completed high school education. Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or related fields. Basic knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS). Driver's license category B (desirable). Basic computer skills. **Responsibilities:** Supervise the organization and cleaning of transportation vehicles, ensuring they are in suitable condition for use. Assist in preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, reporting any issues or repair needs. Coordinate with drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Maintain continuous communication with the logistics team and internal customers, providing updates on delivery status. Assist in documentation and travel expense control, completing required reports and records. Guide adherence to workplace safety regulations and company-established operational procedures. Contribute to the continuous improvement of transportation and logistics processes.
