




Job Summary: This professional performs activities ranging from low to high complexity in the maintenance of electrical and electronic machines and equipment, industrial automation, and telecommunications, including hardware configuration, network installation, and customer support—requiring a high level of technical quality. Collaborates on projects, prepares documentation, and manages service stages. * The professional performs activities ranging from low to high complexity in maintaining electrical machines, electrical and electronic equipment, electrical installations, and industrial automation—carrying out tasks ranging from repairing components of simple equipment to managing complex automation structures, production of electronic and telecommunications equipment, image hardware and monitoring system configuration, recording and image management systems, physical network installation, network certification, and special cable assembly. Responsible for end-customer support—high technical quality requirements. * Analyzes, executes, and manages service stages (electrical, electronic, photovoltaic, telecommunications, etc.). * Collaborates in the development and implementation of organizational projects/works, including updates, inspections, and adjustments. * Prepares and/or updates technical documentation for systems and equipment; prepares relevant organizational documentation, work instructions, and procedures. * Conducts material and supply assessments based on studies, planning, equipment preparation, execution, testing, and validation. * Prepares rigorous technical reports aligned with technical standards and oriented toward customer solutions and requirements. * Analyzes and assesses technical proposals and provides justification for their operationalization. * Executes, programs, guides, and supervises installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment, installations, and systems—based on technical evaluation, available technical information, and cost-benefit analysis. Adheres to the current schedule, inspects completed work, provides technical assistance, and estimates labor, material, and other project/work-related costs. * Requests and validates procurement of service-specific materials; verifies and inspects materials for maintenance and project installations to ensure compliance with specifications and functionality. * Disseminates and multiplies technical concepts and expertise; applies, instructs, and analyzes to align knowledge across departments. * Performs service configurations for industrial automation; certifies structured cabling networks, twisted-pair cables, and optical fiber networks. * Prepares checklists, organizes documents, and supports the administrative department in recordkeeping and reporting related to projects/works (Work Order, Daily Report, Material List, Vehicle Checklist, project documents).
