For this challenge, we seek a Game Designer with solid expertise in creating gamifications for online and in-person group dynamics used in recruitment and selection—skills that may even extend beyond this scope to create unique and immersive experiences. In this game, you will need to: * Design and develop challenging group dynamic activities for candidates. * Create activities that test a variety of skills, including teamwork, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and creativity. * Collaborate with the 99jobs team to ensure group activities align with the company’s values and culture. * Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends in group dynamic activities and incorporate them into our recruitment process. * Test activities to ensure they effectively assess candidate skills and are suitable for the role. * Work with the recruitment team to provide guidance and support during activity implementation. * Provide feedback on activity effectiveness and recommend improvements. **Requirements** For our game to be a match, we’ll need some important details: * Proven experience as a Game Designer or in a similar role, focused on creating group dynamic activities for selection processes. * Strong knowledge of game mechanics and design principles. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is a plus. * Understanding of graphic design principles to create an attractive and cohesive aesthetic. * Mastery of narrative structure to craft captivating and engaging stories. **We Also Desire That You:** * Hold an academic degree in Game Design or Game Development. * Have experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, among others. * Possess specialization or training in Game Design. * Have solid proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite. **Benefits** * Flexible working hours **Additional Notes and/or Benefits** You will work with us on a project-based demand model for our internal projects; therefore, availability for timely deliveries is essential. **Organization Mission** Changing the world by helping people do what they love. **About the Organization** We are the leading recruitment and employer branding platform for internship, trainee, and operational job programs across Brazil.
