Do you want to join a journey of evolution, growth, and results-oriented focus? **Responsibilities and Duties** Execute delivery routes for retailers and customers of the Raízes Botika Group; Collect logistics indicators; Assess costs related to the department; Monitor delivery routes; Propose improvements to the route planning process; Support logistics processes of the Raízes Botika Group; Monitor logistics indicators; Monitor product and order flow within the Raízes Botika Group; Ensure on-time delivery to retailers and customers of the Raízes Botika Group; Participate in department meetings and present area performance analyses; Create operational indicators for the department; Study and understand strategies for optimizing departmental processes; Perform monthly, weekly, and biweekly delivery closings for the Raízes Botika Group; Prepare delivery confirmations and waybills per city; Communicate with departments regarding routing, deadlines, and expedition-related support for the Raízes Botika Group; Support pickup order requests; Prepare fleet maintenance budget estimates. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred); Knowledge of logistics and shipping routines; Proficiency in indicator and report control; Organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency; Basic computer skills. **Still unsure if this is a great place to work?
