Development and management of digital channels and public tenders. **Job Mission** Support and strategically and operationally engage in the development, management, and expansion of the network’s commercial channels, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, partnership activation, and maximization of sales opportunities across the **Agreements, B2B, E-commerce, and Public Tenders** channels. **Main Responsibilities:** **1. Corporate Agreements** · Proactive prospecting of **new corporate agreements** with local companies (Divinópolis) and regional companies (Barbacena/Nova Serra). · Management of the active agreement portfolio, ensuring continuous relationship with HR departments and managers of partner companies. · Development of **commercial initiatives to encourage agreement usage by employees** (campaigns, communications, targeted offers). · Monitoring of key metrics such as: active companies, employee buyers, average transaction value, and purchase frequency. · Coordination with marketing and stores to execute specific campaigns for agreement holders. **2. B2B Unit** · Prospecting and development of **B2B clients** (companies, clinics, medical offices, nursing homes, laboratories, service providers, etc.). · Preparation of commercial proposals, negotiation of pricing, delivery terms, and volumes. · Management of the B2B portfolio to drive repeat purchases, increase product mix, and enhance purchase recurrence. · Identification of opportunities for continuous supply of pharmaceutical products, related items, and disposable goods. · Coordination with logistics, procurement, and finance departments to enable operational execution. **3. Digital Channels (E-commerce)** · Development and management of digital channels: **iFood, proprietary App, and Website**. · Performance monitoring of digital channels (sales, conversion rate, average transaction value, stockouts). · Implementation of commercial actions and promotional campaigns on digital channels. · Coordination with technology, marketing, and operations teams to continuously improve customer experience. · Monitoring of digital competitors and identification of growth opportunities. **4. Public Tenders** · Monitoring and identification of **tender notices and tender opportunities** compatible with the network’s product portfolio. · Organization and support in preparing required documentation, commercial proposals, and registrations. · Coordination with legal, administrative, and finance departments to meet all requirements. · Tracking of tender processes and deadline management. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** · Revenue growth per channel (Agreements, B2B, Digital, and Public Tenders). · Number of new agreements and active companies. · Agreement activation and repeat-purchase rates. · Performance of digital channels. · Volume and success rate of tender processes.
