




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for entering purchase orders, obtaining price quotations, controlling and monitoring purchases, registering suppliers, and assisting buyers. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support activities in the procurement area 2. Direct assistance to buyers in the acquisition process 3. Focus on organization and control of procurement processes WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays (OFF) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Enter purchase orders for suppliers; * Obtain price and delivery time quotations for products, packaging, cleaning supplies and office materials, equipment, utensils, and services; * Monitor and track purchase orders with suppliers (scheduling, delivery deadlines, and product quality); * Monitor order deliveries; * Register new suppliers in the system; * Issue return notes; * Assist buyers throughout the procurement process; * Perform other duties inherent to the area. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field; * Logical reasoning ability.
