




Job Summary: Supervise and perform activities related to material receipt, inspection, storage, control, and dispatch, ensuring appropriate stock levels and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and guide the team in material handling and organization. 2. Interact with carriers and customers to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor audits and improve logistics procedures. Supervise and perform material receipt, inspection, storage, control, and dispatch activities for customers, aiming to ensure appropriate stock levels and work quality in accordance with company standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and perform material handling activities; * Plan the arrangement of stored materials to facilitate identification, location, and handling; * Supervise and conduct inventory activities together with the team; * Establish staffing plans aligned with required operational movements; * Monitor employee shifts and attendance; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; * Conduct and/or support daily safety briefings with the team; * Actively and responsibly participate in Human Resources development processes; * Maintain contact with carriers and suppliers regarding material deliveries and returns; * Interact with customers to address their requests and ensure delivery deadlines; * Identify opportunities to enhance and modernize equipment, facilities, and procedures; * Control general expenses of the department; * Monitor audit execution to provide required documentation and address non-conformities; Guide and train the team in performing their duties. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations; * Experience in people management.
