




The logistics assistant is the professional responsible for controlling the entry and exit of goods in a warehouse, participating in the invoicing process and managing deliveries carried out by the fleet, ensuring that logistics operations are performed efficiently and effectively. Activities: * Carry out the picking of materials or products requested for shipment or internal use through the company's system, to ensure that the end customer receives their goods as ordered, on a daily basis; * Check the quality of received or dispatched products, verifying and storing goods arriving at the warehouse or depot, to ensure productivity in preparing products for loading onto delivery routes, on a daily basis; * Control and update material and product inventory in the system, following established standard procedures, to ensure physical stock quantities match system records during inventory checks, on a daily basis; * Prepare logistics-related documentation, following established standard procedures, to invoice orders according to the output from the picking line, on a daily basis; * Conduct and participate in training programs for personal and professional development, to ensure continuous improvement in serving internal and external customers, whenever required. **If you identify with the responsibilities and skills described, we invite you to apply for this position.**
