You will lead engineering teams, ensuring high-value business deliveries, technical excellence, strategic alignment, and a collaborative environment where each person can maximize their potential. You will serve as both a technical reference and people leader—bridging strategy, technology, and execution. Your deliverables will be tied to KPIs such as delivery quality and predictability, system performance, team engagement, technical maturity, and customer satisfaction—helping Certta grow securely, autonomously, and with excellence. ### **What You’ll Do** * Lead engineering teams, fostering a collaborative, engaged, and high-performance environment; * Act as the bridge between business and technology, aligning technical execution with the company’s strategic goals; * Understand project requirements, goals, and KPIs, supporting implementation of tools, automations, processes, and infrastructure; * Coordinate and support agile ceremonies, planning, goal definition, and delivery tracking; * Propose, design, and guide implementation of robust, scalable, and secure architectures; * Provide hands-on support for complex technical challenges, serving as a reference for the team; * Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, incidents, and vulnerabilities—including cybersecurity practices; * Analyze root causes of issues and drive preventive and corrective actions; * Estimate costs, timelines, and schedules—ensuring delivery predictability and quality; * Document technical decisions, architectures, configurations, and processes; * Promote best practices, standards, tools, and processes to elevate team maturity; * Stay up-to-date on technological trends and innovations, disseminating knowledge and driving continuous improvement; * Prevent bottlenecks, communication conflicts, and operational overload; * Actively collaborate with other Tech Leads and technical leaders, representing team needs. ### **What You Need to Bring** * Proven experience in technical leadership, including people management and engineering team leadership; * Strong knowledge of system architecture and resource distribution; * Experience proposing, planning, and leading development of robust and scalable solutions; * Solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience with: * + JavaScript / Web + Node.js (including BFF – Backend for Frontend architecture) + React.js + AWS (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, among other services) + .NET (desirable) * Experience with distributed systems, production application maintenance, and evolution; * Knowledge of team, task, and delivery management tools and practices; * Ability to define, track, and evolve performance metrics; * Skill in delegation, prioritization, and delivering constructive feedback; * Strong analytical capability for data-driven decision-making; * Ability to simplify and resolve complex technical problems; * Clear, empathetic, structured, and assertive communication; * Ability to influence, engage, and maintain alignment across individuals and teams; * Strategic business vision and clear understanding of how technology creates value; * Familiarity with decision-making frameworks and models. ### **More About You** * Value diversity, inclusion, and respect; * Possess intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset; * Enjoy developing people and view leadership as service; * Can balance deep technical expertise with strategic vision; * Operate with accountability, autonomy, and ownership; * Share our way of working: Transparency, Customer Obsession, Absolute Accountability, People First, and Execution Focus. **What We Offer** At Certta, we believe work goes beyond the job—it’s about being part of a dynamic, collaborative, and transparent environment where everyone has room to grow.
