Responsibilities and Duties The Logistics Assistant supports administrative and operational routines within the department, handling time tracking, vacation scheduling, medical certificates, and updating internal documents. This role involves responding to requests and service tickets, monitoring pending items in corporate systems, and maintaining spreadsheets. Additionally, the assistant verifies invoices and other documents, processes payment requests and reimbursements, and issues ad-hoc invoices. The role also includes ordering external services and supporting operational tasks outside the company, contributing to the organization and efficiency of logistical and administrative processes. Requirements and Qualifications * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) * Proficiency in computer tools, especially electronic spreadsheets. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. The logistics assistant is the professional responsible for controlling the entry and exit of goods in a warehouse, participating in the invoicing process and managing deliveries carried out by the fleet, ensuring that logistics operations are performed efficiently and effectively.
