Reporting to the Area Manager, your main responsibilities will include: * Implementing the company’s and business division’s commercial strategies; * Achieving sales targets and generating profitability for your territory; * Expanding business through prospecting and reactivating customers; * Planning and conducting monthly visits to your customer portfolio based on a strategic route plan, ensuring 100% monthly coverage of the portfolio; * Conducting consultative sales by recommending solutions aligned with each customer’s profile and needs; * Recording and reporting all daily activities, visits, sales, and field information using the company’s tools and systems; * Maintaining ethical, professional conduct aligned with the company’s values and guidelines at all times while working in the field.
