Due to the company’s extensive expertise and market strategy—aiming to avoid operational conflicts between the two corporations—the Board of Directors designated three business lines for PC Service’s corporate portfolio: Call Center, Service Desk, and Infrastructure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide inbound customer service, ensuring courtesy, empathy, and clarity in all communicated information. * Clarify questions regarding health insurance plans, coverage, accredited provider networks, waiting periods, authorizations, and other related services. * Record all interactions in the internal system, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date history. * Identify requests requiring escalation to other departments and route them appropriately, ensuring proper workflow. * Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues at first contact whenever possible. * Adhere strictly to confidentiality and ethical standards when handling healthcare information and personal data of beneficiaries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; * Basic computer literacy and technical skills necessary to deliver clear, effective customer service; * Prior experience in customer service within the healthcare sector. **Additional Information** **Benefits and Perks:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal or Food Voucher; * Wellhub; * Childcare Assistance; * Benefits Club offering discounts on health, wellness, educational institutions, and language courses. **Additional Information:** On-site work in Rio de Janeiro’s city center, Saúde neighborhood.
