Excellent communication and team alignment The Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of organizational projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, scope, budget, and quality, aligned with the company's strategic objectives. **Requirements** * Project management, PMO, process, or planning experience; * Proficiency in organization and management tools; * Ability to structure information and create clear documentation; * Skill in developing workflows, schedules, and internal processes; * Excellent communication and team alignment; * Analytical, organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Desired knowledge of PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, and OKR. **Responsibilities** * Transform internal ideas into structured projects; * Create comprehensive briefings and execution plans; * Define responsibilities, organize tasks, and track progress; * Use management tools and maintain standardized templates; * Monitor timelines, risks, and progress weekly; * Produce reports and facilitate cross-departmental communication; * Prioritize requests and ensure project completion.
