




Job Summary: Professional responsible for public reception, access control, communication management, information handling, mail and parcel management, and administrative support across multiple locations. Administrative and Organizational Support The professional will not have a fixed workstation and will be available to cover service positions as needed. **Public Reception:** Greet visitors, customers, service providers, and employees courteously. **Access Control:** Identify, register, and authorize entry of individuals according to building regulations. **Communication Management:** Answer telephone calls, transfer calls, and take messages. **Information and Direction:** Guide individuals regarding the location of rooms, clinics, or companies within the condominium. **Mail and Deliveries:** Receive and organize packages and documents, ensuring timely delivery to recipients. **Administrative Support:** Manage keys for common areas, schedule meetings, and assist with routines of the building manager or administration.
