For the **Tech Lead \| Integrations** role, we seek a professional responsible for one of our technology squads, covering both management and development aspects. Additionally, we seek someone dynamic, collaborative, and aligned with our culture and values. **Responsibilities and Duties** Guide the team in implementing robust and scalable integrations. Develop and maintain microservices and APIs focused on data flow. Apply design patterns and ensure adherence to the Early Return principle and clean code best practices. Develop and optimize workflows using n8n. Support the technical growth of less experienced developers through code reviews and technical discussions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript: Solid experience in the JavaScript backend ecosystem. * Databases: Practical experience with MySQL and solid conceptual understanding of SQL (queries, joins, optimization). * Containers: Experience with Docker for environment standardization. * Version Control: Proficiency in GIT (branching and merging strategies). * Architecture: Knowledge of design patterns and Early Return logic. * Integrations: Familiarity with low\-code/no\-code automation tools, specifically n8n. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant certifications. **Nice-to-Haves (not mandatory):** * Knowledge of Go (Golang). * Frontend familiarity with Angular or React (to understand how data reaches the client). * Experience with messaging tools (RabbitMQ, Kafka). **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite, remainder remote). * Flexible working hours. * Meal allowance via flexible card R$40 (no 6% deduction); * Transportation allowance via flexible card (no 6% deduction); * Unimed Health Plan, with no copayment and no monthly fee for Onflyers (fully covered by us :D); * Dental Plan (monthly fee discount); * Pharmacy discount; * No dress code; * Online psychotherapy benefit (Vittude); * Gym membership benefit!
