Internal integration to ensure deadlines Position: **Senior Sales Analyst** ADATA BRAZIL is seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the position of **Senior Sales Analyst**. **Your daily responsibilities** * Order management: register/validate orders (pricing, taxes, delivery timelines), update status and confirmed dates, resolve blocks (credit, pricing, registration, stock), and maintain an organized portfolio/backlog. * Sales controls: populate and reconcile order × billing × target reports; update tracking spreadsheets/dashboards and flag deviations. * Customer service (operational level): first response within SLA, confirmation of availability and delivery timelines, sending status updates and proactive follow\-ups; internal ticket creation when required. * Commercial communication via e‑mail: drafting commercial e‑mails (proposals, confirmations, timeline/price adjustments), with history logged in spreadsheet/CRM. * Internal integration: daily alignment with Sales, Logistics, Tax, and Finance teams to release orders and ensure on-time shipment/billing. * Prioritization routine: daily backlog review, focus on critical orders, and sending a daily summary to stakeholders. **What we expect from you** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; * Proven experience in order management and sales controls, operational-level customer service, and commercial e‑mail drafting; consistent track record in backlog, deadline, and follow‑up routines. * Advanced Excel (mandatory), including data and KPI organization; Excel automation/BI (Power Query/Power Pivot/Macros) as a plus. * English proficiency (mandatory, especially reading and writing for e‑mails and alignment). * SAP SD knowledge desirable for order/delivery/billing inquiries; * Experience in the electronics industry is a plus. * Willingness to work on-site. *If you are passionate about challenges, seek professional growth, and want to join one of the leading technology companies, this opportunity is for you!!* Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: starting at R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Commercial area (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
