Responsibilities **What You Will Do and Work With:** Identify delinquent customers and recover the portfolio according to internal procedures and defined schedules, aiming to meet established targets. **Your Responsibilities and Activities:** * Verify sales, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Provide support to the sales team and clarify questions regarding processes and systems, ensuring alignment among sales, financing, collections, and legal teams to optimize results and streamline operations. * Identify risks in processes and propose mitigating controls. * Manage commission and incentive amounts for real estate agencies (own and partner agencies) and internal teams, ensuring processes are carried out per internal procedures, assumptions, and schedules, with focus on accuracy and efficiency. * Register sales teams from real estate agencies (own and partner agencies) in the sales system according to the defined access profile, aiming for accuracy in the process and compliance with legal requirements. * Support your immediate manager in area-specific processes, leveraging experience for self-development. * Implement action plans and departmental procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals, ensuring adherence to deadlines and internal rules and procedures, and guaranteeing all activities are performed accurately and in compliance with company standards. * Complete registration of developments in Capys and UAU systems, including all required documents and information to enable sales, ensuring compliance and operational fluidity. * Provide technical support to assistants, clarifying questions, guiding on processes and systems, and offering solutions for operational situations, ensuring activity efficiency and standardization of procedures.
