In the **Financial Planning** team, everything we do serves three main objectives: * Provide clarity on Actual vs. Budget \- Ensure understanding of the current financial situation of our brands, anticipate upcoming developments, and propose actionable suggestions to brand directors to keep us aligned with the budget; * Drive margin improvement \- Collaborate with brands and other areas of the holding company to identify promising opportunities and make conscious, efficiency-driven decisions; * Promote financial literacy \- Encourage financial accountability and awareness across brands, while partnering with other holding company areas to support overall company performance. Location: Botafogo \- Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
