Administer contracts and ensure compliance with applicable school legislation Colégio Unimaster Belo Horizonte/MG is seeking an Operations Manager for future hiring. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate, supervise, and guide activities across administrative, financial, and personnel departments. * Coordinate general administrative activities, including enrollment processes, file management, school insurance, and other related tasks. * Stay updated on current school legislation. * Coordinate work routines of the school’s cleaning, building maintenance, and reception teams, promoting integration among areas under your responsibility. * Administer contracts signed with legal entities, observing the following conditions: price adjustments; validity periods; and fulfillment of obligations. * Manage financial departments: accounts payable/receivable and collections; administrative departments: warehouse, procurement, reception, building maintenance/cleaning, personnel, and enrollment. Promote integration among these teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; **Additional Information** * Position located in Belo Horizonte; Benefits: Transportation Allowance; Medical and Dental Plans (optional); Group Life Insurance.
