




Job Summary: Professional required to provide resident service, organize documents, and offer general administrative support in a condominium. Key Highlights: 1. Resident service and document organization 2. Support for condominium financial and administrative management 3. Assistance with general assemblies and administrative requests **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing service to residents, the condominium manager (syndic), suppliers, and service providers (in person, by phone, and email); * Organizing and managing documents, files, and contracts; * Assisting with issuing and tracking bills, invoices, and payments; * Recording and verifying expenses and revenues; * Assisting with delinquency control and sending notifications to condominium owners; * Supporting assemblies (issuing notices, attendance lists, and minutes); * Providing general administrative support to the condominium. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in administrative roles (condominium experience is an advantage); * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Ability to interact effectively with the public.
