Job Summary: Professional responsible for supervising receiving, shipping, inventory, stocktaking, and team management activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor goods receiving and shipping; * Supervise inventory and equipment control; * Ensure inventory processes (cyclic, rotating, and customer); * Supervise/Manage the operational team (attendance adjustment, absenteeism, overtime, vacation control, etc.); * Request procurement of supplies and manage their control; * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Quality Assurance standards; * Ensure adherence to company internal procedures. REQUIREMENTS * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Logistics or related fields; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * People management experience; * Knowledge of WMS and TMS.
