




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring deliveries, controlling documentation, supporting route planning, and managing operational incidents in the logistics department. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time monitoring and control of deliveries and pickups 2. Logistics documentation management, including CTe and MDF-e 3. Support for route planning and recording of operational incidents Responsibilities * Monitor delivery and pickup statuses in real time via tracking systems and TMS (e.g., SSW or similar); * Perform daily check\-list of loaded cargo and pending return waybills; * Update delivery statuses in the system based on feedback from drivers and field teams; * Generate and manage issuance of CTe, MDF\-e, manifests, shipping labels, and freight bills; * Support vehicle route planning based on operational priorities and delivery time windows; * Record operational incidents (e.g., loss, damage, delay) and forward them to responsible departments; * Enter operational data for productivity and operational cost calculations per route or team; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment; * Perform tasks related to the role as requested by supervisors; * Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly; * Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Completed high school or technical education; undergraduate studies in progress Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
