If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Prospecting and contacting suppliers, conducting quotations and negotiations to secure optimal commercial supply terms; * Negotiating contract execution and Commercial Agreement(s); * Ensuring the flow of materials or services complies with established Procurement Policy criteria; * Confirming supplier receipt of the Purchase Order (P.O.); * Performing follow\-up with suppliers until actual delivery is confirmed; * Contributing to achievement of departmental goals; * Handling operationally complex requests; * Contributing to process and system improvements; * Analyzing and resolving matters related to your assigned procurement portfolio. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Trade, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in procurement, negotiation, CAPEX budget management, and taxation. #### **Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications):** * Technical knowledge of SAP and Power BI, and Six Sigma. * Experience managing procurement portfolios focused on Services and Building Maintenance Materials and/or Civil Construction. **Additional Information** #### **Other Benefits of Being Solar:** For your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
