Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Supply Analyst to work in the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance in internal processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Junior Supply Analyst to work directly in the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance in internal processes. **Responsibilities:** * Execute supply chain routines related to inventory control, warehousing, and internal material movement. * Monitor and analyze warehouse operational activities, including team and third-party oversight when necessary. * Verify, record, and control material receipts and issuances in the system. * Prepare reports and update departmental operational information. * Assist in identifying bottlenecks, propose improvements, and support projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs. * Support audits and comply with all internal procedures, compliance standards, and departmental controls. * Support the development of methods to improve inventory flow and accuracy. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Economics, International Relations, or related fields. * Prior experience in warehouse operations and supply chain processes. * Proficiency in SAP and warehouse control routines. * Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of quality tools and 5S methodology. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with warehouse and internal logistics KPIs. * Experience in processes sensitive to customs and tax compliance. * Power BI. **Benefits:** Medical and dental assistance, childcare allowance, profit-sharing program (PLR), transportation allowance, meals provided at the workplace, education institution partnerships, extended maternity and paternity leave, life insurance, and exclusive discounts on our brands' products.
