* Conduct **electro-electronic fault diagnostics**, proposing rapid and effective technical solutions for equipment and components (gearboxes, compressors, pumps, presses, CNCs, injection molding machines, etc.); * Accurately record daily working hours, service order details, and equipment failure analyses within maintenance management systems; * Perform maintenance on **high-pressure Toshiba injection molding machines, low-pressure injection molding machines, and various machining equipment**, ensuring optimal production process performance; * Carry out adjustments, calibrations, inspections, and replacement of various electro-electronic components (circuit breakers, contactors, inverters, valves, motors, servo motors, sensors, thermocouples, etc.); * Develop and update maintenance reports, checklists, and histories using the maintenance management system (CMMS – SAP, Totvs, Maximo, TrackOS or similar); * Develop electro-electronic maintenance procedures for machines and maintenance instructions, training and disseminating knowledge across the team; * Support the implementation and evolution of **TPM and reliability pillars** at the plant, acting as a “machine godfather” or “production line godfather”; * Suggest and implement continuous improvements to equipment and processes, aiming for **cost reduction and increased availability and safety**, known as KYTs, with the objective of mitigating or eliminating health and safety risks inherent in routine activities; * Ensure compliance with **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSSE)** regulations, acting preventively and remedially; * Provide technical support and **guide younger teams**, transferring maintenance knowledge and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum **4 years** of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in two-wheeler automotive, metal-mechanical, plastics, injection molding, or high-performance production lines. * Knowledge of **TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)**, RCM, or reliability programs. * Knowledge of high-pressure and low-pressure injection molding machine maintenance, including fault diagnosis, calibration, and best practices for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Knowledge of small- and medium-sized machining equipment maintenance (lathes, grinders, milling machines, machining centers, etc.), including fault diagnosis, calibration, and best practices for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. **Tools and Software** * Knowledge of **Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)** such as SAP, Totvs, Maximo, Engeman, TracOS or similar. * Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for generating reports and maintenance analyses. * Desired knowledge of vibration analysis and predictive condition monitoring software. **Certifications and Preferred Courses** * NR\-12: Machine and Equipment Safety; * NR\-10: Electrical Installations and Services Safety; * SEP \- Power Electrical Systems; * TPM or Lean Manufacturing; * Thermography applied to maintenance. * Predictive maintenance and reliability. **Technical Skills** * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting **electrical diagrams, single-line and multi-line schematics, and ladder logic**. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and manufacturer catalogs; * Knowledge of **electrical control systems**, motor starting methods (direct-on-line, star-delta, soft-start); * Experience with **PLCs** (fault diagnostics, I/O, basic logic monitoring); * Parameterization and maintenance of **frequency inverters**; * Installation, adjustment, and diagnostics of **power and control electrical panels**; * Knowledge of alignment, balancing, and/or adjustment of rotating machinery, machining centers, lathes, and high- and low-pressure injection molding machines; * Experience with measurement tools: **multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter, etc.**; * Knowledge of **industrial sensors** (inductive, capacitive, photoelectric). **Behavioral Skills** * Analytical and problem-solving profile (using tools such as **Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 5W2H**). * Proactivity, systemic vision, and results orientation; * Ability to work in **multidisciplinary teams**, guiding junior technicians and delivering specific micro-training sessions related to the maintenance area for maintenance staff up to Junior Technician level and production operators, promoting acquired TPM knowledge;
