




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the operational team, ensuring process excellence, and contributing to store performance. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and motivation 2. Results and process management Responsible for supervising the store's operational team as well as contributing to the achievement of the company's expected operational results for the store; Contribute to motivating the store team; Ensure excellence in store processes through continuous team training; Keep the store team informed and aligned with the store's operational goals by conducting daily meetings with the team; Contribute to delivering the store's expected operational results by executing and monitoring all its operational processes; Ensure the NPS survey is conducted using the designated application, in accordance with the target set by the marketing department; Perform store opening and/or closing procedures based on verification of the scheduled shift; Monitor KPIs by contributing to the development of action plans and achieving targeted results; Execute the planning of compensatory time off for employees through daily monitoring. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (6x1 rotating schedule); Experience in retail store leadership; Proficiency in Excel.
