Committed to quality and customer satisfaction, it offers high-performance and durable products. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service at the checkout counter, scanning purchases and collecting the appropriate payment. Always assist customers as needed to ensure the best consumer experience. Perform daily cash register opening and closing during shift changes, adhering to internal procedures for storing fiscal receipts and invoices (shipment, return, use and consumption, transfer, etc.). Cancel sales when requested by the customer or manager. Register all purchased items in the system for each transaction and inform the customer of the amount due, receiving payment in cash or via debit card, credit card, or bank slip. Generate reconciliation reports for credit and debit card transactions. Monitor financial inflows and outflows, providing daily reports to managers. Contribute to reducing company costs through critical analysis of operations under one's responsibility, seeking alternatives to lower expenses and avoiding unnecessary spending. Position requires work in Manaus / AM. Previous experience as a Cashier, Checkout Attendant, Customer Service Operator, or Sales Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
