Job Summary: This Quality Specialist will be responsible for analyzing raw materials, developing control plans, supporting quality tools, managing customer complaints, and auditing suppliers. Develop and review control and inspection plans (SAP). Support implementation of quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, R&R). Ensure alignment of quality requirements across all departments. Manage customer complaints and perform technical analysis of failures/nonconformities. Prepare technical reports and conduct supplier audits. Support process improvement and optimization initiatives. Monitor production areas technically and implement SPC. Identify and coordinate improvement projects. Support audits (documentation, instructions, follow-ups). Address nonconformities in raw materials and manage derogations. Deliver technical training and support customer requests. Update performance indicators and manage nonconforming materials. Communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
