PlayMais is your place.** **We are looking for an FTTH Installation Technician.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform optical fiber, FTTx, and GPON installation and maintenance; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optical fiber network availability per SLA; * Register service requests in the ticketing system; * Escalate cases to Level 2 support when necessary; * Guide and resolve customer inquiries regarding service usage; * Deliver user training on system utilization; * Ensure customer success and address specific service requirements; * Report operational failures and qualitative/quantitative performance indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Minimum Education: Completed or ongoing High School education; * Basic knowledge of IT and networking; * Valid driver's license (Category B); * Proactivity; Patience; Commitment; Desire for knowledge; * Skills in continuous improvement and process review; **The following qualifications are considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or related services. **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Working hours during standard business hours; * This is an on-site position located in Iranduba — therefore, candidates must reside in the area of operation. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher; * Partial Medical Assistance; * Training and career advancement opportunities; * Transportation Voucher.
