Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, participate in a structured technical training curriculum, and experience daily mechanical work in a collaborative, innovative, and challenge-rich environment. **PROGRAM PHASES:** The program includes a selection process, initial technical training, and in-person training at Scania in São Paulo—ensuring you acquire hands-on skills and experience real vehicle maintenance work. Upon program completion, an evaluation will be conducted to assess your performance and potential prior to hiring, ensuring you are fully prepared to begin your career as a Mechanical Assistant. **ABOUT THIS POSITION:** As a Mechanical Assistant, you will support the maintenance team in inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs—ensuring vehicles remain safe, efficient, and road-ready.
