PlayMais is your place.** **We are looking for an FTTH Installer Technician.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform fiber optic, FTTx, and GPON installation and maintenance; * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure fiber optic network availability per SLA; * Log service requests in the ticketing system; * Escalate cases to Level 2 support when necessary; * Guide and resolve customer inquiries regarding service usage; * Deliver user training on system utilization; * Ensure customer success and address unique service requirements; * Report operational failures and qualitative/quantitative performance indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, the following requirements are mandatory:** * Minimum Education: Completed or currently pursuing high school diploma; * Basic knowledge of IT and networking; * Valid driver’s license (Category B); * Proactivity; Patience; Commitment; Desire for knowledge; * Skill in continuous improvement and process review; **The following qualifications are considered advantageous:** * Experience in telecommunications or related services. **Additional Information** **What else you need to know:** * Standard business hours; * This is an on-site position located in Manaus — therefore, candidates must reside in the area of operation. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher or Food Voucher; * Partial Medical Assistance; * Training opportunities and career growth; * Transportation Voucher.
