Job Objective
Support production line operations by ensuring material supply, inspection, packaging, and material handling, as well as maintaining a safe, clean environment compliant with the company’s quality standards.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Supply raw materials to machines according to scheduling and instructions.
Conduct visual inspections of raw materials and finished products to identify anomalies (e.g., wet or torn materials).
Package, palletize, and handle finished products, including rolls for weighing and label application.
Assist in general area and equipment cleaning, including filtration components (e.g., air/water screens).
Support rework of non-conforming products as directed by team leaders or operators.
Assist in internal inventory counts of finished products and raw materials (physical counting) when requested.
Maintain order and proper condition of tools, equipment, materials, and PPE; comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Requirements for Entry
Completed high school education.
Availability to work rotating shifts (e.g., 3×3/2×2), from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, as required by unit operations.
Prior experience as a Production Assistant or in plastic injection manufacturing is desirable.
Demonstrated responsibility, proactivity, agility, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
