Job Summary: Responsible for developing technical, social, and administrative skills to support various departments within the company, performing tasks under constant supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Inclusive and collaborative environment with growth opportunities Responsible for developing, under constant supervision, technical, social, organizational, and methodological skills to perform supportive, manual, and administrative tasks in the areas of Human Resources, Unit Administration, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, LEX, and Marketing, aiming to carry out assigned activities in accordance with technical procedures and the Company’s safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Perform tasks assigned by supervision and aligned with the training curriculum, including supportive, manual, and administrative work in the areas of Human Resources, Unit Administration, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, LEX, and Marketing, under the continuous guidance of the designated supervisor. 2\) Propose improvements to the learning activities assigned by supervision. 3\) Identify proactive actions that contribute to the development of tasks under their responsibility. 4\) Assist with reception and public service activities across different departments of the Company, following established procedures and received instructions. 5\) Maintain organized files. 6\) Type documentation. 7\) Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level within their learning track, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in Elementary or High School Hello, we are BAT Brazil!
