We are seeking a professional to stock and execute point-of-sale (POS) activities in alignment with manufacturers' strategies—replenishing out-of-stock items in stores, securing prominent display locations at the POS, ensuring in-store contract execution, and cultivating strong relationships with all stakeholders. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Execute in-store activities following the steps outlined in the Execution Excellence Program; * Monitor and control product expiration dates and ensure proper FEFO (First Expired, First Out) flow; * Maintain cleanliness of gondolas and equipment used to display our products; * Display our products in accordance with manufacturers' strategies and planograms; * Inspect, monitor, and recommend restocking of store inventories; * Report in-store stockouts via the designated tool and communicate them to the sales representative and leadership; * Ensure all displayed products are properly priced; * Ensure correct usage and disposal of merchandising materials; * Implement merchandising materials correctly to secure additional exposure points at the POS; * Assist consumers and answer questions when requested; * Carry out product promotion and turnover activities as directed by the supervisor; * Accurately enter all required information into the research tool; * Attend internal and manufacturer-provided training sessions as scheduled; * Attend team meetings as instructed by the supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** High school diploma completed #### **Benefits:** Meal and food allowance; Mobility allowance; Psychological support; Life insurance; Total Pass (upon enrollment); EBD Store; Via Marconi Health Plan; EBD University (online courses).
