Alicerce Educação is a social-impact startup dedicated to reducing educational inequality in Brazil. The Alicerce Educator for youth and adults—whom we call a Guide—supports the development of literacy, numeracy, and workplace-oriented skills for students who, for various reasons, were unable to complete their formal education. **Mandatory Requirements for Application:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in Humanities, Biological Sciences, or Exact Sciences; \- Teaching experience; \- Availability to deliver curriculum-aligned instruction covering Portuguese language, mathematics (Elementary Education I and II), socioemotional skills, and exploration of contemporary topics as outlined in the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), adapted to the project's target audience; \- Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office applications, and internet usage; \- Proficiency in modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs); \- Personal computer or laptop with internet access. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience teaching youth or adults; \- Experience in social projects. **About the Position:** **LOCATION:** Av.
