Dynamic environment focused on the feminine jewelry universe. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Experience as a manager or team leader in retail; * Leadership, communication, and people management skills, with a results-oriented approach; * Alignment with the feminine universe, especially in the jewelry industry. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop the sales team, monitor individual performance, and provide ongoing feedback; * Develop and manage work schedules, days off, and vacations to ensure strategic coverage of the sales floor; * Ensure achievement of store targets and performance indicators; * Monitor daily results and implement action plans to optimize sales; * Maintain relationships with shopping center management, ensuring compliance with regulations and participation in promotional campaigns; * Supervise inventory management, ensuring product organization and protection; * Coordinate product displays and window arrangements; * Maintain store infrastructure, ensuring impeccable organization, cleanliness, and maintenance to enhance customer experience; * Handle administrative routines, including leave management, vacation scheduling, shift rosters, cash handling, etc. **We Offer:** * Salary: R$ 2.700 + Commission + Transportation Allowance + Meal Voucher + Health Insurance. **Working Hours:** * 44 hours per week – Shopping center hours with a 6x1 rotating schedule.
