If you are results-driven, possess leadership qualities, and seek continuous growth, this opportunity is for you. **About the Opportunity** **Position**: Store Manager / Location: Manaus \- Amazonas Salary: Market-competitive \+ bonus \+ commission, 6x1 work schedule **What We Expect From You:** Ensure store operations, supervise product display, merchandise restocking, and customer service quality, as well as submission of unit performance indicator reports; Monitor team performance, providing guidance on results and professional conduct; Analyze sales indicators and implement strategies to improve performance; Present results and goals to management and the team, fostering engagement and continuous development; Disseminate strategic information, campaigns, and directives to the team; Perform bank deposits when necessary; Conduct onboarding of new employees, aligning goals, processes, and responsibilities; Carry out team performance evaluations and probationary period assessments; Participate in the selection process in partnership with GGC; **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable.
