Works from research and problem definition through concept development, prototyping, and interface and workflow validation—ensuring the product is useful, intuitive, and aligned with user expectations. Additionally, collaborates continuously with teams such as Product, Technology, Business, and Manufacturing, balancing technical feasibility, strategic goals, and user value throughout the entire product development lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement UI solutions focused on usability and delivering value to users; * Promote UX practices across the company, advocating for the importance of user experience and research at all levels; * Work closely with developers to align user needs with the team and ensure correct product implementation. * Prepare handoff materials for the development team, including high-fidelity prototypes and navigation flows; * Lead discovery and ideation sessions to identify opportunities. * Create prototypes and validate hypotheses, developing effective solutions while collaborating closely with the Product Manager. * Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions and iterate on the product. **Required Qualifications:** * 3 years of experience as a Designer; * Degree in Design (bachelor’s or technical program) or related field. * Advanced knowledge of user experience, design thinking, and facilitation of workshops and co-creation activities. * Ability to understand business objectives and user needs, translating insights into agile, high-fidelity prototypes validated with clients; * Experience leading qualitative and quantitative user research, as well as collecting and analyzing relevant operational data; * Proactivity in working directly with developers, agile teams, and internal manufacturing processes. * Curiosity to explore diverse perspectives on problems and solutions beyond what is explicitly requested. **Desired Profile:** * Proven experience in digital product design and a relevant portfolio. * Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present ideas. * Experience across the full digital product lifecycle—from inception to delivery—working with multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to identify problems and propose user-centered solutions. * Proficiency in UX/UI and experience designing intuitive, functional interfaces.
