Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting materials, analyzing incidents, monitoring returns and tax processes, as well as generating reports and controlling spreadsheets. Key Highlights: 1. Material inspection and incident analysis 2. Monitoring of returns and tax/operational processes 3. Report generation and spreadsheet control 1\. Inspect blocked materials in the rejected goods warehouse via SAP; 2\. Analyze incidents prior to forwarding them to the respective departments; 3\. Monitor and record entries related to returns; 4\. Monitor tax and operational processes associated with returns; 5\. Request merchandise pickups; 6\. Track incidents until their resolution in the SAP system; 7\. Conduct spreadsheet verification, comparing physical inventory versus system records; 8\. Generate reports upon management request. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute break.
