Job Summary: Coordinate the Prepress and Printing departments, ensuring operational efficiency, technical quality, and team development, with a focus on process optimization and loss reduction. Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and SMED. **Job Description:** Coordinate the Pre\-press and Printing departments, ensuring operational efficiency, technical quality, and team development; Monitor industrial KPIs, focusing on increasing OEE and reducing setup time, while also implementing and consolidating TPM; Collaborate with PCP to ensure adherence to production plans, and with Maintenance for scheduling technical shutdowns and preventive maintenance; Drive loss reduction and implementation of corrective actions; **Requirements:** Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and SMED; Knowledge of CTP technology (preferred); Advanced English (mandatory); Postgraduate degree in Management or related fields (preferred); Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related disciplines.
