Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and executing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, as well as scheduling and supervising installations. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services. 2. Scheduling and supervision of installations and shutdowns for maintenance. 3. Communication and interpersonal relationship skills. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and occasionally perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services—preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency. * Schedule and supervise installation services and machine shutdowns for preventive and corrective maintenance, aiming to minimize equipment non-productive time. * Monitor the receipt and inspection of maintenance materials. * Store and control all materials, instruments, and equipment under their responsibility. * Prepare and receive technical documentation for indicators; manage human and financial resources. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in this role; * Communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality and integrity of records; * Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies; **We Offer:** * Flexible working hours. * Market-competitive salary; * Meal Allowance: BRL 23.00/day; * Food Allowance: BRL 150.00/month; * Transportation Allowance; * Dental Plan; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Qualification: High School (Secondary Education) * Food Allowance * Meal Allowance * Dental Plan * Transportation Allowance
